At the JTE Hub, we are here for you:

Whether you are a local resident

Looking for a new job?

Interested in training for a new career path?

Thinking of starting a new business?

Lacking confidence?

Feeling lonely and isolated?

Whether you are a local business

Looking for employees?

Looking for space to recruit and interview?

Looking for space to train potential recruits?

Wanting to develop a more inclusive workforce?

Whether you are a job coaching or training provider

Looking for space and facilities?

Looking to engage with residents in the Avonmouth and Lawrence Weston Ward?

We employ a Project Coordinator to host events such as a weekly job club, jobs fairs, work skills training and support to start your own business, which really benefits people in our local community.

Our Project Coordinator also hosts other regular events to build people’s confidence, reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation and increase psychological wellbeing: this includes board game events, film nights, support groups and school holiday activities – there’s often toasties and other refreshments to be enjoyed and the majority of our events are completely FREE!

We are always on the lookout for more volunteers, if you are interested please contact us here or via our Project Coordinator, Darren Moore projectcoordinator@jtehubshire.org

We are grateful to the Port Communities Resilience Fund who enabled us to have building work done and to purchase various IT equipment to make our facilities more accessible, and to support digital inclusion (use of the internet and computers). We are also grateful to a number of grant providers who are supporting us with our running costs.
